Privacy Policy
Welcome to the website at https://www.leymora.com/ (the Site), our mobile applications (the Apps), and related services (together with the Site and Apps, the Services) provided by Leymora ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and disclose information that relates to or could reasonably be associated with you (Personal Information) and other information when you use the Services.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service at https://www.leymora.com/terms. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not access or use the Services.

For privacy questions, requests, or complaints: hello@leymora.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use astrological and personalization features, information processed by our vendors on our behalf, and certain technical information automatically when you use the Apps or Site.
Some information may not identify you on its own (Anonymous Information). Where Anonymous Information is combined with Personal Information, we treat it as Personal Information. Where applicable law treats identifiers such as IP addresses as Personal Information, we do the same.
We do not sell personal information for money
We do not sell your Personal Information. We do not share Personal Information with third parties for their own cross-context behavioral advertising.
Personal information you provide
You may give us information when you create an account, complete onboarding, edit your profile, add connections (people whose birth data you save for paired or compatibility-style readings), use readings or tools, contact support, or submit feedback.
Account and profile
- Identifiers such as email address and account ID.
- Name (as you enter it).
- Authentication credentials (e.g., password if you use email sign-in). Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not stored by us in plain text.
Birth and chart data (needed for astrology features)
- Date of birth, time of birth (if you provide it), and birth place (description and/or coordinates).
- Derived or stored chart-related data produced to power natal and timing features (e.g., chart positions, interpretations, and related content associations).
Connections
- Names and birth data (and related chart references) for people you add as connections, stored in your account for paired readings and similar features. This is stored for your account; it is not a public directory of other users unless we introduce such a feature and describe it separately.
AI Astrologer chat
- Messages you send and assistant replies, stored as chat history associated with your account.
- Context we attach to personalize answers (for example, chart or "today" summaries as implemented in the product).
Dream journal
- Dream descriptions, dates, emotional tags or similar fields you enter, interpretations we generate, and related records stored in your account.
Tarot, numerology, and similar readings
- Records of readings you run (e.g., cards, numbers, or session metadata), as stored for history features.
Palmistry or other image-based features
- If you upload images of your hands or similar, those files may be stored in your account or processed to generate readings.
Notification preferences
- In-app notification preference settings you save (e.g., categories you enable or disable), stored on your profile.
Support, feedback, and bug reports
- Information you type into contact or feedback forms.
- Optional screenshots or photos you attach, which may be uploaded to our file storage (e.g., support attachments).
Commercial / subscription information
- Subscription status, plan identifiers, and transaction-related metadata. Payment card numbers are processed by payment partners; we typically receive limited billing or entitlement information rather than full card numbers.
Sensitive categories (where applicable law applies)
- Account login credentials.
- Precise birth data and related chart information may be considered sensitive in some jurisdictions.
By voluntarily providing Personal Information, you consent to our use of it as described in this Privacy Policy (and to any additional consent mechanisms required where you live).
Risk of personal information disclosure (AI features)
Our AI Astrologer, dream interpretation, and similar features use artificial intelligence. We implement safeguards intended to reduce misuse and accidental disclosure. No system is perfect: in rare cases, AI outputs could include information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or that you did not intend to share.
If you mention other people (for example, a partner's birth data or private details) in chat or other AI features, you represent that you have any consent legally required to share that information. You are responsible for what you submit and for any disclosure of third-party information you choose to include.
We disclaim liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for: unauthorized or unintended disclosure of information through AI-generated responses; the accuracy or completeness of AI outputs; and damages arising from use or misuse of AI outputs. Use discretion when sharing sensitive information.
Chat monitoring and review
AI chat messages are processed through automated systems to provide the feature. We do not routinely have human staff monitor or review private chat conversations. Requests for medical assistance, emergencies, or crisis situations made in chat are not a reliable way to reach a human and may not be forwarded for emergency response. If you are in danger or need immediate help, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis line.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- IP address, device type, operating system, app or browser version, language, and time zone.
- Diagnostic, performance, and interaction data (e.g., crashes, feature usage, in-product navigation), including through analytics tools.
- Dates and times of requests and general usage patterns.
On mobile, platform billing permissions may be used where required for subscriptions.
Location information
We may use approximate location derived from IP address for security, analytics, or localization. Exact device location (e.g., GPS) is not collected continuously unless a specific feature you use requests it (for example, if we add explicit location-based functionality and disclose it at collection). Birth-place search may send place queries to maps/places providers when you search for a location.
Push notifications
We may offer push or local notifications related to the Services (for example, reminders or cosmic events), subject to your device settings and in-app preferences. You can opt out or adjust notifications in your device settings and, where available, in Leymora notification settings.
Information from third parties and integrated services
Sign-in: If you sign in with Google (or other providers we enable), the identity provider may share basic profile information (such as name and email) according to your settings and their policies.
Maps and place search: Queries may be processed by Google Maps / Places (or similar providers) under their terms and privacy policies.
Payments and subscriptions: Stripe and app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) process payments; RevenueCat may help manage in-app purchases and link subscription status to your account.
Analytics: We use PostHog (or comparable tools) for product analytics. This may include associating events with your account identifier and, where implemented, properties such as email. See PostHog's policy for their processing.
AI processing: AI features send your prompts and necessary context to our backend and model providers to generate responses.
Access through Apple or Google: If you obtain the App through Apple or Google, those companies may collect data about your use of the App as described in their policies (e.g., Apple Privacy, Google Privacy).
Aggregated data
We may compile Anonymous or aggregated information about how the Services are used (for example, feature popularity). Aggregated data does not identify you. We may use or share it for analytics, product improvement, or business reporting.
Do Not Track and global privacy control
The Site may not respond to all "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals. Information about a consumer opt-out tool is available from the Global Privacy Control project.
How we use information
We use Personal Information and Anonymous Information to:
- Provide and improve the Services (natal chart, horoscopes, daily content, tarot, numerology, palmistry, connections, paired readings, dream journal, AI features, and similar tools).
- Maintain your account; authenticate you; sync entitlements across devices where supported.
- Process subscriptions and payments.

- Analyze usage to improve reliability and experience.
Automated processing (including large language models) generates readings and chat text for entertainment and self-reflection; it is not intended as professional advice (see Terms of Service).
How we share information
We do not sell your Personal Information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., hosting, database and authentication (Supabase), storage, analytics (PostHog), payments (Stripe), subscription tooling (RevenueCat), maps (Google), AI inference).
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
- Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.
Your choices and account deletion
In-app: Settings → Delete account → confirm by typing DELETE when prompted.
Email: hello@leymora.com with subject "Delete my account" and the email on the account. We may verify your identity.
Deletion may not immediately remove all data from backups; we may retain certain records where law requires.
Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the Services. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact hello@leymora.com and we will endeavor to delete it.
Certain features may be inappropriate for younger users; parents and guardians should supervise minors' use of the Services.
Links, sharing, and social features
The Services may link to third-party sites or let you share content via your device's share sheet. We are not responsible for third-party practices. Content you share outside the App may be copied or stored by others.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Information. No transmission or storage is 100% secure. Email to or from us may not be secure—avoid sending highly sensitive information by email.
Storage, international transfers, and retention
Data may be stored in the United States or other regions where our providers operate. If you access the Services from outside those regions, your information may be transferred cross-border. We take steps we believe appropriate under applicable law.
We retain information as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, then delete or de-identify it subject to backup and legal requirements.
Chat and AI-related content may be retained while you use the Services and may persist in backup or de-identified form after account deletion, as permitted by law and our technical systems.
Exclusions
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Services. Unsolicited ideas, feedback, or materials you send may be treated as non-confidential and used without restriction, subject to our Terms of Service.
